1 Hydraulic-control slowly-closing butterfly check valves

1.2 Application

  1. It is installed at the outlet of the circulating water pump to prevent the back flow of the medium.
  2. It is controlled interlocking with the pump, and can be closed in two stages according to pre-adjusted procedures, which can effectively stop the pump-stopping water hammer.

1.3 Applicable working conditions

It is  installed at the outlet of circulating water pump at the nuclear power station as block valve and slowly-closing check valve.

1.4 Introduction of products

It is a hydraulic-control slow-closing butterfly check valve with two-stage valve closing features independently researched and developed by our company, which can be divided into energy storage tank type and heavy punch type according to the drive source to close the valves, and the national patent has been applied for such two types of products.

1.5 Features and advantages of products

Seawater is generally adopted as the medium of circulating water system in the nuclear power station, rubber liner, heavy-duty coating and ceramic coating are generally adopted for the valve body and flow-passing surface of the butterfly plate, and anti-corrosive stainless steel is adopted for the valve shaft, fasteners and other flow-passing components. The hydraulic system is safe and reliable, and PLC system has a high automatic degree.

2 Electric butterfly valves

2.1 Specifications

  • Nominal pressure:  PN 0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5MPa
  • Applicable medium:  Seawater
  • Installation method:  Horizontal or vertical layout
  • Shell test pressure:  1.5 PN
  • Leak test pressure:  1.1 PN
  • Opening  time:  30-240 s
  • Closing  time:  30-240 s

2.2 Application

It is  installed in the circulating water pipe system and condenser inlet and outlet as communication or cut-off medium.

2.3 Applicable working conditions

  1. It is installed at the front end of hydraulic-control slowly-closing butterfly check valves of circulating water pump outlet as service valve.
  2. It is installed in the contact wells of circulation water pipe as a switching valve between the pipes.
  3. It is installed at the condenser inlet and outlet as communication and block valve of the medium.
