3 Hydraulic-control slowly-closing butterfly check valves

3.1 Specifications

3.2 Application

  1. It is installed at the outlet of the pump to prevent the back flow of the medium.
  2. It is controlled interlocking with the pump, and can be closed in two stages according to pre-adjusted procedures, which can effectively stop the pump-stopping water hammer.

3.3 Applicable working conditions

It is  installed at the pump outlet as block valve and slowly-closing check valve.

3.4 Introduction of products

It is a hydraulic-control slow-closing butterfly check valve with two-stage valve closing features independently researched and developed by our company, which can be divided into energy storage tank type and heavy punch type according to the power source to close the valves, and the national patent has been applied for such two types of products.

5.2 Application

The slow-closing check valve is set at the outlet of the pump to prevent the back flow of the medium, which can also restrain the water hammer.

5.5 Features and advantages of products

The opening and closing of butterfly check valves are mainly powered by the impact force of medium water. Slowly-closing butterfly check valves are set with slowly-closing oil cylinder, which extends the valve closing time, and can effectively restrain the pump-stopping water hammer when closing the valve.

6 Floating-ball high-speed rotational flow water blocking suction and exhaust valves

6.2 Application

It is  installed at the high point of water transportation and distribution pipes and can automatically supply air or exhaust air for the pipe according to different working conditions to protect the water transportation and distribution pipes.

6.3 Applicable working conditions

It is  installed at the pipe network system to automatically supply air or exhaust air for the pipe.

6.4 Introduction of products

In floating-ball high-speed rotational flow water blocking suction and exhaust valves, the thin stainless steel floating ball can float up or down with the liquid level of the ball bowl to block or release the sealing mouth of the ball bowl, so as to enable the automatic air supply or air exhaustion.

6.5 Features and advantages of products

Due to structural limit of floating ball, the floating-ball high-speed rotational flow water blocking suction and exhaust valves are generally applied in the pipe system with nominal pressure not more than 1.6MPa and the nominal diameter of suction and exhaust valve should not larger than 250mm.

7.2 Application

It is  installed at the high point of water transportation and distribution pipes and can automatically supply air or exhaust air for the pipe according to different working conditions to protect the water transportation and distribution pipes.

7.3 Applicable working conditions

It is  installed at the pipe network system to automatically supply air or exhaust air for the pipe.

7.4 Introduction of products

In floating-barrel high-speed rotational flow water blocking suction and exhaust valves, the opening cylindrical floating barrel can float up or down with the liquid level in the valve to block or release the seal valve seat, so as to enable the automatic air supply or air exhaustion.

7.5 Features and advantages of products

For the opening structure of floating-barrel high-speed rotational flow water blocking suction and exhaust valves, the nominal diameter of suction and exhaust valves can reach DN1000mm and the nominal pressure can reach 16MPa.
